Located east of I-4 on SR 46, this 22-acre multifamily development adds vital housing inventory to Seminole County. SDC is providing complete sitework services, including earthwork, utilities, and paving. Off-site improvements along SR 46 further enhance project accessibility and long-term traffic flow in the corridor. Improvements Include: 17,000 CY of Excavation 88,000 CY of Imported fill material 1,055 LF of Retaining walls 5,050 LF of Sewer Lift station 1,400 LF of 6” Force main 5,280 LF of Storm drainage 6,000 LF of Water main 1,550 LF of 6” Fire line Curb & Gutter Stabilization & Limerock base 30,900 SY of asphalt paving Signage, Pavement markings & Sodding Off-site SR 46 turn lane improvements
