This project is a 19 acre Multi-Family projects located in the 4-corners area of Polk County on US 27 just east of I-4.

Improvements Include

• 64,000 CY of Excavation,
• 21,000 SF of Retaining walls,
• 2,000 LF of Sanitary sewer,
• Pre-packaged fiberglass lift station along with 1,800 lf of 4” force main
• 5,900 LF of Storm drainage
• 3,400 LF of 4 & 8 ” Water main with a master meter
• 3,300 LF of 6 ” Fire line
• Roadway improvements include
• Curb & Gutter
• Sidewalks
• Brick pavers
• 26,000 SY of Base & Asphalt paving
• Signage & Pavement markings
