Located just east of the banks of the Wekiva River along SR 46, this 10-acre site will soon be home to 31 new residences. SDC is providing full-site development services, from clearing and earthwork to utilities, paving, and amenity construction, ensuring the community is delivered with complete infrastructure in place. Improvements Include: Clearing & Earthwork Mechanical screening of 15,000 CY of soil Sanitary sewer system with lift station Storm drainage system Directional drilling operations 2,800 LF of Water main & Reclaimed water main Base & Asphalt paving Flatwork Signs & Pavement markings Amenity & Wall construction management
