This project represents a major investment in new housing for the region, with SDC delivering a complete scope of site development & infrastructure improvements to support long-term growth. Improvements Include: 30 Acres of Clearing & Grubbing Pond Excavation & Grading 51,000 CY of Imported Fill Complete Sanitary sewer system with 6,000+ LF of Pipe Lift Station Installation Drainage & Stormwater Systems Water Distribution Infrastructure Roadway Construction Curbs & Sidewalks On-Site & Off-Site Paving Connecting to Adjacent Roadways This project underscores SDC’s ability to deliver large-scale residential infrastructure. Once complete, Canter’s Creek will serve as the foundation for a vibrant new neighborhood, and SDC is proud to help bring this community to life.
