Recent Central Florida roadway contracts include 3,300 LF of widening with a new roundabout for the City of Winter Garden, a 330-day connector road contract for the City of Oviedo, 3,000 LF of new divided roadway on Westside Boulevard in Osceola County, and off-site county and state road improvements — including three signalized intersections — supporting a 1.4 million square foot distribution center in Volusia County.

Cast-in-place retaining walls, permanent sheet pile wall with concrete barrier and bullet rail where the roadway section needs it.

How We Work
1. Plan and quantity review
We review roadway plans, cross-sections, geotechnical data and utility conflicts, then price the corridor scope by scope.
2. MOT and phasing
Maintenance of traffic, phasing, temporary drainage and utility coordination are planned before the first lane closure.
3. Construction
Earthwork, drainage, utility relocation, base, structures and paving move through the corridor in a planned sequence under SDC superintendents.
4. Final surface and turnover
Final paving, curb, sidewalk, signing, pavement marking, sodding and the documentation the owner needs to accept the roadway.
