Details of Work Performed

This 100-acre, multi-parcel development is located at the intersection of Old Lake Wilson Road and Sand Hill Road in Osceola County. SDC is delivering full-site infrastructure services to support future residential and commercial uses. The project involves heavy earthwork, utility installations, and complete roadway and site preparation for vertical construction. Improvements Include: 260,000 CY of Earthwork excavation 177,000 CY of Surcharge placement 2,500 LF of Sanitary sewer TOHO Lift station installation 1,185 LF of Force main 6,000 LF of Storm drainage 4,300 LF of 6”–10” Water main Fire line & Reclaimed water systems Curb & Gutter Stabilization & Limerock base 26,150 SY of Asphalt paving Signage & Pavement markings
