SDC is providing full-site infrastructure improvements, utilities, paving & off-site work to support long-term growth along this active corridor. Improvements Include: 90,000 CY of Earthwork Lift Station with 700 LF of Force Main 5,400 LF of Sanitary Sewer 5,000 LF of Water Main 2,600 LF of Fire Main 2,200 LF of Reclaimed Water Main 13,500 LF of Storm Drainage 46,000 SY of Base & Asphalt Paving Flatwork Signage & Pavement Markings Retaining Walls Off-Site Improvements to US 27 & Sand Mine Road
