This road extension is the final connection between Ham Brown Road and Pleasant Hill Road for Lennar’s Storey Creek Development. This 7 acre site consists of 1,600 LF of new roadway construction. Improvements included Clearing & Grubbing 10,000 CY of Muck removal Pond construction 55,000 CY of Import fill 11,000 SY of Base & Asphalt paving 3,200 LF of Storm drainage 1,700 LF 10” Water main 1,650 LF 6” Reclaimed water main Grassing Off site improvements include the construction of off site turn lanes along Pleasant Hill Rd.
