The expansion and improvements to Clay Whaley Road is just a small part of the Crossprairie Master-Planned Community in Osceola County, consisting of 5,000 homes and more than two million square feet of commercial space by BTI Partners. On this 13 acre project, Improvements included, 175,000 CY of Earthwork 1800 LF of 8” Force main 2700 LF of 12” Force main 6500 LF of Storm drainage 5400 LF of 12” Water main 5700 LF of 8 & 12” Reclaimed water main 5,250 LF of Underdrain Other work included 11,900 SY of Lime rock base Asphalt paving Flatwork & Grassing Pavement markings and Signage
