Project consisted of pond modifications North of Berry Dease Road. Improved two existing swales, with related structure, lighting, and guardrail improvements, including targeted upgrades at the SR 528 WB → SR 417 NB ramp and a new pond access driveway. Delivered on time and on budget. Improvements included Converted Swale 1 to a roadside ditch for improved runoff conveyance Converted Swale 2 to a wet detention pond for enhanced stormwater treatment & storage Replaced guardrail & Adjust bridge attachments Relocated 5 light poles & Associated conductors Upgraded guardrail at SR 528 WB → SR 417 NB ramp Constructed pond access driveway
