SDC is proud to continue our partnership with Lennar Homes on the next phases of the Reedy Isle community. This project includes full-site development along with off-site roadway and utility improvements designed to support the long-term growth of this expanding neighborhood. From clearing and grading to paving and lift station work, SDC is delivering comprehensive infrastructure solutions to ensure successful community buildout. Improvements Include: Clearing & Grading Underground utility installation Storm drainage system Lift station construction Base & Asphalt paving Off-site utility relocations along Horseshoe Creek Road and Roadway upgrades for long-term access.
