Located just south of the Florida Turnpike along Clay Whaley Road, this 128-acre residential development will bring 648 new homes to Osceola County. SDC is delivering full-site infrastructure services to support the large-scale community buildout, including major earthwork, utilities, and paving across the entire development footprint. Improvements Include: 400,000 cy of Earthwork excavation 19,925 LF of Sanitary sewer TOHO Lift Station installation 1,540 LF of 8” Force main 22,838 LF of Storm drainage 21,500 LF of Water main 19,500 LF of Reclaimed water Curb & Gutter Stabilization & Limerock base 85,000 SY of Asphalt paving Signage, Pavement markings & Sodding
