This 90 acre project located in Seminole County, just east of I-4 is known as the Lake Mary Wellness & Technology Park.

Improvements Include

• Over 500,000 CY of Earthwork
• 6,500 LF of Storm drainage
• 5,800 LF of Water main
• 5,400 Reclaimed water main
• 3,600 LF of Sanitary sewer
• Lift station
• Over 49,000 SY of Base & Asphalt paving
• 88,500 SF of Sidewalk
• This project includes parcels for medical office building, commercial centers, multi-family, hotel and Class A office space.
• In addition to this 90 acre site, SDC performed the civil infrastructure work for the following:

• • 30 acre Orlando Health facility as a subcontractor to Barton Malow
• • 11 acre Edison Phase I as a subcontractor to Kajima Building & Design Group
• • 11 acre Edison Phase II as a subcontractor to DPR Construction
• • LandSouth’s multi-family development
