This new STEAM K-8 Academy project included a 143,372 square foot main classroom building that houses the administrative offices, engineering labs, science labs, multi-purpose dining room, kitchen, dance studio, classrooms, collaborative spaces, culinary, music, and several other supportive spaces needed for a school campus. Improvements included 16 Acres of Selective clearing 72,000 CY of Excavation 144,000 CY of Import fill 2,400 lf of Retaining walls Infrastructure work consisted of 2,100 LF of Sanitary sewer Over 8,300 LF of Storm drainage 1,800 LF of Water lines 2,500 LF of Fire line 15,000 SY of Limerock base & Asphalt paving
