Turning ideas into action at UCF Lake Nona Medical Center, SDC is proud to have played a foundational role in this transformative healthcare project. Our involvement began in 2018, providing heavy civil site development in partnership with Layton Construction on behalf of HCA Healthcare’s North Florida Division and UCF Academic Health.

This state-of-the-art medical campus will serve as a cornerstone for the region’s new Academic Health Sciences Center, advancing healthcare delivery, medical education, and research in Central Florida. From initial earthwork to underground utilities and site prep, SDC helped bring this visionary facility to life.
