The 62,300 SF Orlando Rehabilitation Hospital is designed as a three‑story, 60‑bed inpatient facility serving patients recovering from injuries or debilitating conditions. The facility includes a 30‑bed nursing unit, advanced therapy suites equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology, and supportive administrative and clinical spaces optimized for patient care and operational efficiency.

SDC was engaged to perform full‑site development of the campus, delivering key infrastructure necessary to support the building above—including earthwork, utilities, drainage, and paving—laying the groundwork for a facility that enhances both patient experience and healthcare delivery in the region.
