Phase 1 includes the expansion of the OR and PACU areas on the first floor, adding 2 new Operating Rooms and 14 PACU beds along with associated support space. Phase 2 features a vertical addition of approximately 23,000 square feet to create a new fourth floor, which will provide 20 additional Medical-Surgical beds. It also includes an 8,000-square-foot interior buildout on the second floor for a 14-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
