SDC provided full site development services for the Orlando Health Emergency Room & Medical Pavilion in Lake Mary, in partnership with Barton Malow. This 30-acre healthcare campus includes a two-story freestanding emergency department operated by Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital and an adjacent three-story medical office building designed to meet the growing needs of Lake Mary and surrounding communities.

The project reflects SDC’s continued contribution to Central Florida’s expanding healthcare infrastructure, delivering the essential groundwork for a facility built to serve patients, caregivers & medical professionals for years to come.
