As part of the larger Westside Development initiative, SDC was selected by Lennar Homes to complete a critical missing link along Westside Boulevard. This infrastructure project included the construction of 3,000 linear feet of divided roadway and a wide range of sitework and utility improvements, further enhancing regional mobility and access.

Improvements Include:

• 165,000 CY of Embankment
• Subsoil removal
• 6,700 LF of Storm drainage
• Placement of Bold & Gold filtration media
• 3,300 LF of 24″ & 30″ Water main
• 710 LF of Cast-in-place retaining walls
• Flatwork
• Base & Asphalt paving
