SDC delivered full‑site development for Waterleigh, originally part of the Horizon West master plan. In more recent phases, portions of the community have been branded Birchstone Waterleigh and Halston Waterleigh. As the project evolved, SDC’s role encompassed comprehensive site preparation, earthwork, utilities, paving, grading, and infrastructure installation, helping transform the master plan into built reality.
