As SDC continues to expand its experience in theme parks. SDC completed the civil infrastructure as a subcontractor to Finfrock to the Projects known as UO 912 & UO 913. As part of the 750 acre Epic Universe project located north of the Orange County Convention Center on Universal Blvd.

Improvements Include

• 50 acres of clearing
• 125,000 cy of import fill materials
• 5,400 LF of sanitary sewer
• over 11,000 LF of storm drainage including 2 ea 12 x 9 double barrell box culverts
• over 6,000 LF water main
• fire line and reclaimed water main combined
• flatwork
• 60,000 sy of base & asphalt paving
