Details of Work Performed

As SDC continues to expand its experience in theme parks. SDC completed the civil infrastructure as a subcontractor to Finfrock to the Projects known as UO 912 & UO 913. As part of the 750 acre Epic Universe project located north of the Orange County Convention Center on Universal Blvd.

Improvements Include

  • 50 acres of Clearing
  • 125,000 CY of Import Fill Materials
  • 5,400 LF of Sanitary Sewer
  • Over 11,000 LF of Storm Drainage including 2 ea 12 x 9 double barrell box culverts
  • Over 6,000 LF water main
  • Fire line & Reclaimed Water main combined
  • Flatwork
  • 60,000 sy of Base & Asphalt paving
