The Wayne Densch Center for Student-Athlete Leadership at the University of Central Florida serves as a hub for student-athlete development, academic support, and leadership programs. The 46,000-square-foot facility features tutoring spaces, study areas, offices, and training resources designed to enhance the academic success and personal growth of UCF’s student-athletes.

SDC provided full-site development for this project, including earthwork, utilities, drainage, and paving to support new construction within UCF’s growing athletic campus. Our work helped deliver the foundation for a facility that continues to strengthen UCF’s commitment to excellence both on & off the field.
