The UCF Visitor & Parking Information Center serves as the main arrival point for guests and visitors to the University of Central Florida campus. Designed to improve accessibility and campus navigation, the facility provides visitor parking, information services, and administrative support for transportation operations.

SDC provided full-site development for the project, including earthwork, utilities, drainage, and paving to support the new structure and surrounding parking areas. This project reflects SDC’s continued partnership with UCF in delivering high-quality campus infrastructure that enhances both functionality & visitor experience.
