Located in the heart of College Park and master-planned by Dr. Phillips Charities, The Packing District is a 200+ acre mixed-use development featuring townhomes, a food hall, regional park, YMCA, trails, and the 4Roots Farm & Agriculture Center. As part of this transformative effort, SDC was selected by PCL Construction to perform critical infrastructure work along New Hampshire Avenue, serving both new development and existing commercial corridors.

Despite active traffic through the area’s warehouse district, SDC successfully executed deep utility installation, coordination of utility relocations, and full roadway reconstruction.
