This road extension is the final connection between Ham Brown Road and Pleasant Hill Road for Lennar’s Storey Creek Development. This 7 acre site consists of 1,600 lf of new roadway construction.

Improvements included

• 10,000 cy of muck removal
• pond construction
• 55,000 cy of import fill
• 11,000 sy of base & asphalt paving
• 3,200 lf of storm drainage
• 1,700 lf 10” water main
• 1,650 lf 6” reclaimed water main
• grassing

Off site improvements include the construction of off site turn lanes along Pleasant Hill Rd.
