Details of Work Performed

This road extension is the final connection between Ham Brown Road and Pleasant Hill Road for Lennar’s Storey Creek Development. This 7 acre site consists of 1,600 LF of new roadway construction.

Improvements included

  • Clearing & Grubbing
  • 10,000 CY of Muck removal
  • Pond construction
  • 55,000 CY of Import fill
  • 11,000 SY of Base & Asphalt paving
  • 3,200 LF of Storm drainage
  • 1,700 LF 10” Water main
  • 1,650 LF 6” Reclaimed water main
  • Grassing

Off site improvements include the construction of off site turn lanes along Pleasant Hill Rd.
