SDOC East Facility & AAA High School

The SDOC East Facility and AAA High School projects, located east of St. Cloud on Nova Road in Osceola County, span over 138 acres and showcase extensive site development and infrastructure improvements.

• 50,000 CY of Muck excavation

• Limerock base
• 140,800 SY of Asphalt paving
• Off-site Nova Road improvements

Utility work included

• 5,950 LF of Sanitary sewer
• 18,597 LF of Storm drainage
• 12’ x 5’ Box culvert
• 8,100 LF of Water main
• 4,600 LF of Fire line
• 320 liLFnear feet of Reclaimed water main
• 1,060 LF of 4” Force main
• Installation of a TOHO Lift station

Additional features included 2,400 linear feet of retaining wall construction and sodding across the project sites. These projects highlight SDC’s ability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive civil construction services for large-scale educational and public facilities.
