This 90 acre project located in Seminole County, just east of I-4 is known as the Lake Mary Wellness & Technology Park.

Improvements include

• over 500,000 cy of earthwork
• 6,500 lf of storm drainage
• 5,800 lf of water main
• 5,400 reclaimed water main
• 3,600 lf of sanitary sewer
• lift station
• over 49,000 sy of base & asphalt paving
• 88,500 sf of sidewalk

This project includes parcels for medical office building, commercial centers, multi-family, hotel and Class A office space.

In addition to this 90 acre site, SDC performed the civil infrastructure work for the following:

• New Century
• 30 acre Orlando Health facility as a subcontractor to Barton Malow
• 11 acre Edison Phase I as a subcontractor to Kajima Building & Design Group
• 11 acre Edison Phase II as a subcontractor to DPR Construction
• LandSouth’s multi-family development
