Details of Work Performed

This 90 acre project located in Seminole County, just east of I-4 is known as the Lake Mary Wellness & Technology Park.

Improvements include

Over 500,000 CY of Earthwork
6,500 LF of Storm drainage
5,800 LF of Water main
5,400 Reclaimed water main
3,600 LF of Sanitary sewer
Lift station
Over 49,000 SY of Base & Asphalt paving
88,500 SF of Sidewalk

This project includes parcels for medical office building, commercial centers, multi-family, hotel and Class A office space.

In addition to this 90 acre site, SDC performed the civil infrastructure work for the following:

• New Century
• 30 acre Orlando Health facility as a subcontractor to Barton Malow
• 11 acre Edison Phase I as a subcontractor to Kajima Building & Design Group
• 11 acre Edison Phase II as a subcontractor to DPR Construction
• LandSouth’s multi-family development
