Details of Work Performed

This 19-acre site brought 300 new multifamily units to the Polk County community in Davenport, Florida.

Improvements include

  • 170,000 CY of Earthwork
  • 2,200 LF of Sanitary sewer
  • 4,400 LF of Storm drainage
  • 4,400 LF of Water main
  • 300 LF of Fire main
  • Reclaimed water

Additionally, turn lane construction was carried out on US 27 and CR 54, along with the installation of 22,000 square yards of base and asphalt paving.
