Details of Work Performed

This 199 lot Garden Hills project consisted of 62 acres in the Providence multi-phased master planned community.

Improvements Include

  • 450,000 CY of Earthwork
  • A Lift station
  • 1900 LF of 6” and 12” Force main
  • 7,400 LF of Sanitary sewer
  • 4,400 LF of Storm drainage
  • 2,8000 LF of 12” Raw water main
  • 1,300 LF of 10 & 12” reclaimed water main
