Details of Work Performed

This 10 acre site located just south of Lake Nona at the intersection of Cyrils Road & Franklin Road, consists of 12 townhomes units for a total of 72 residences.

Improvements include

  • 19,000 CY of Earthwork
  • 3,500 CY of Import
  • 1,000 LF of Sanitary sewer
  • Lift Station with 280 LF of 4” Force main
  • 3,000 LF of Storm drainage
  • 1,100 8” Water main & Services
  • 1,000 LF of 4” Reclaimed water main

Other work includes

  • 2,300 SY of segmental block retaining wall
  • 6,100 SY of base & paving
  • Flatwork
  • Curb & Asphalt paving
  • Signage & Pavement marking

Off-site work included improvements along Franklin Road.
