This 330-calendar-day project marks SDC’s second undertaking within the Seminole County Five Points Complex. Work includes the construction of a new 2-lane roadway stretching approximately 1,950 linear feet, along with a stormwater pond, major utility installations, and communication infrastructure upgrades.
