SDC is honored to have supported infrastructure development for Evermore Orlando Resort, a visionary transformation of the former Villas of Grand Cypress into a world‑class vacation destination. Located adjacent to Walt Disney World and under ten miles from Universal Orlando, this 1,100–1,400 acre redevelopment (depending on phase) will offer more than 2,000 residences, world‑class Jack Nicklaus Design golf courses, an 8‑acre “Evermore Bay” lagoon, and a luxury Conrad hotel.

From our role in full‑site work—including grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and off‑site road improvements—SDC helped lay the groundwork for this large‑scale resort launch. Working behind the scenes with the developer’s long‑term vision, we delivered infrastructure capable of supporting the resort’s multifaceted program of residences, hotel, amenities, and event spaces.
