Details of Work Performed

The expansion and improvements to Clay Whaley Road is just a small part of the Crossprairie Master-Planned Community in Osceola County, consisting of 5,000 homes and more than two million square feet of commercial space by BTI Partners. On this 13 acre project,

Improvements included,

  • 175,000 CY of Earthwork
  • 1800 LF of 8” Force main
  • 2700 LF of 12” Force main
  • 6500 LF of Storm drainage
  • 5400 LF of 12” Water main
  • 5700 LF of 8 & 12” Reclaimed water main
  • 5,250 LF of Underdrain

  • 11,900 SY of Lime rock base
  • Asphalt paving
  • Flatwork & Grassing
  • Pavement markings and Signage
