Brookshire Elementary School is a two-story, 85,000-square-foot educational facility designed to provide a modern and engaging learning environment for students in the Winter Park area. The new campus replaces the original 1960s-era school, featuring updated classrooms, media centers, play areas & safety-focused site circulation improvements.

SDC provided a full suite of site development services for the project, including earthwork, utilities, drainage, and paving to support new building construction & campus infrastructure.
