This new STEAM K-8 Academy project included a 143,372 square foot main classroom building that houses the administrative offices, engineering labs, science labs, multi-purpose dining room, kitchen, dance studio, classrooms, collaborative spaces, culinary, music, and several other supportive spaces needed for a school campus.

Improvements included

• 16 Acres of Selective clearing
• 72,000 CY of Excavation
• 144,000 CY of Import fill
• 2,400 lf of Retaining walls

Infrastructure work consisted of

• 2,100 LF of Sanitary sewer
• Over 8,300 LF of Storm drainage
• 1,800 LF of Water lines
• 2,500 LF of Fire line
• 15,000 SY of Limerock base & Asphalt paving
