This new STEAM K-8 Academy project included a 143,372 square foot main classroom building that houses the administrative offices, engineering labs, science labs, multi-purpose dining room, kitchen, dance studio, classrooms, collaborative spaces, culinary, music, and several other supportive spaces needed for a school campus.

Improvements included

• 16 acres of selective clearing
• 72,000 cy of excavation
• 144,000 cy of import fill
• 2,400 lf of retaining walls

Infrastructure work consisted of

• 2,100 lf of sanitary sewer
• over 8,300 lf of storm drainage
• 1,800 lf of water lines
• 2,500 lf of fire line
• 15,000 sy of limerock base & asphalt paving
