This 19-acre site brought 300 new multifamily units to the Polk County community in Davenport, Florida.

Improvements include

• 170,000 cubic yards of earthwork
• 2,200 LF of sanitary sewer
• 4,400 LF of storm drainage
• 4,400 LF of water main
• 300 LF of fire main
• reclaimed water

Additionally, turn lane construction was carried out on US 27 and CR 54, along with the installation of 22,000 square yards of base and asphalt paving.
